This client complained of a nasal bridge hump (hook) as well as a downward droop of her nasal tip. Rhinoplasty achieved hump reduction and nasal tip refinement. Her nose now blends harmoniously with her face, instead of drawing attention to itself. (endoscopic browlift was also performed)
