This client had her left breast removed (left mastectomy) because of breast cancer. Dr. Hayduke reconstructed her left breast with a two staged expander implant approach. Dr. Hayduke created a new left sided nipple with a "nipple flap" procedure. Dr. Hayduke also personally tattooed her left nipple/areola to create appropriate nipple/areolar coloring using a cosmetic tattoo machine. Dr. Hayduke also inserted a right sided breast implant to achieve better balance (symmetry) with the opposite side.
BREAST ASYMMETRY - Right sided breast lift (mastopexy) and bilateral (two sided) breast augmentation (implants). This client presented to Dr. Hayduke with severe asymmetry (differences) between her two breasts. Note the differences in the positions of her two areolas/nipples and the differences in the shape of her two breasts before surgery. After surgery, note the proper balance between the two nipple/areolas and the improved overall shape of her breasts.
This client had multiple previous breast implant surgeries by various surgeons. Eventually, she was referred by another California surgeon to see Dr. Hayduke for her complex breast issue. This client unfortunately developed an inverted (caved-in) left nipple after one of her previous breast implant surgeries (performed by a different surgeon). Dr. Hayduke fixed her left sided inverted nipple so that her left nipple would match her right nipple in shape, size and appearance.
This client had several previous rhinoplasty surgeries by other surgeons before he finally came to Dr. Hayduke. Unfortunately, those previous surgeries resulted in "caved in" deformity that the client wanted straightened. Dr. Hayduke fixed the "caved in" nasal deformity with the use of a nasal implant inserted via the client's nostril (no external skin scar whatsoever).
